Your Key Responsibilities As a technology consulting manager, you act as a team lead in technology transformation and commercial banking, guiding practitioners throughout the creation and delivery of work products. You will be a critical member of the team, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive solutions are delivered on-time and on-budget. You manage and lead client engagement teams, fostering an innovative and inclusive team environment and provide constructive feedback, coaching, and mentoring to junior consultants. Skills and Attributes for Success Working with clients to drive transformational change in application testing services Managing all activities in end-to-end testing process: strategy, planning, execution, quality assessment, issue resolution Preparing and executing test levels, monitoring progress, and reporting results to stakeholders Planning, implementing, and QA for large complex testing projects; defining and implementing program test strategy for enterprise-wide initiatives Teaming with business organizations to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coaching team members to foster an innovative and inclusive environment Sharing knowledge and developing engagement tools to build practice capability Developing client relationships across multiple levels and supporting sales efforts To Qualify for the Role Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related field and approximately 7+ years of relevant work experience At least 5 years of professional work experience with a mid-to-large size public accounting firm, professional consulting firm, or within industry (financial services, technology) At least 5 years of experience in managing and supervising teams of professional employees and mentoring through development feedback and performance processes Excellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments Technical competency in Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management, Agile Test Management, User Acceptance Test Coordination, IT Organizational Change Management, Enterprise Data Management, IT Life cycle Management, or IT Delivery Management Available to travel outside assigned office location at least 80% of the time, plus commute within the region; willingness to work beyond standard hours when necessary; valid passport required Ideally, You'll Also Have 7 to 10+ years of experience in a technology organization, preferably in financial services industry, focusing on test engineering Experience leading teams on large scale transformation programs Deep understanding and experience of software development and QA life cycle processes (test planning, test case design, execution, defect tracking, reporting) Knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, HP ALM/Quality Center, JIRA, CA Agile Central/Rally Go‑getter attitude, passion to constantly learn, improve, and perform at a high level What We Look For We seek professionals eager to contribute to the growth of the testing practice. For the New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento), the range is $171,200 to $297,200. Salary determined by education, experience, skills, and geography.
