Junior Employment Immigration Paralegal

We provide a range of services, including visa applications, permanent residency, citizenship, compliance, and litigation. The Role: Junior Immigration Paralegal

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong writing skills

Job Duties: Collect information/documents necessary for cases. Follow up with clients on missing items Prepare forms and support letters, organize support documents, mainly for H-1B's, but also TN's Prioritize cases and ensure the deadlines are met Keep clients up to date and ensure their needs are met Review monthly expiration and visa max reports as well as visa bulletin reports. Update InsZoom or delegate to INS zoom team Alert any issues to the attention of the Attorney Maintain and update a case list Draft approval/withdrawal letters and other documents as instructed by the Attorney Conduct initial analysis and create strategies for cases, as requested Other duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field; must provide transcript Experience within immigration law is preferred Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Must demonstrate high level of professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and discretion

• Job location is in the Salem, MA/North Shore area
• In office at least 4 days a week, possibly 5 (this is not a primarily remote position)
• Must provide at least two references
