We are seeking a highly motivated Content & Creative Strategist with a preference for candidates based in Foxboro, MA; Raleigh, NC or Nashville, TN, with secondary locations considered. This role is perfect for someone who needs to feed both a creative and operational brain, who likes to oversee the full lifecycle of creation and execution, and whose storytelling skills are top‑notch. As the Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the content strategy for activations and marketing campaigns. You will develop and drive forward the creation and management of high‑quality content that resonates with our audience across various platforms, including events, websites, blogs, and social media. This position requires a blend of creativity and operational expertise, making it ideal for someone who thrives in overseeing the full lifecycle of content creation, promotional strategy, and execution. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of content for a variety of segments. Develop innovative, fresh, and diverse strategies across the customer journey. Manage the development of programs of work for campaigns (print and digital), events (3rd party, proprietary, etc.), social media, web, etc. Oversee all aspects of content creation and ensure it aligns with brand strategy and guidelines. Ensure feedback loops of campaign and content progress and success, refining strategies and driving continuous improvement. Leverage AI tools in workflows to enhance content ideation and production efficiency. Manage internal and external creative partners and vendors—from briefing and onboarding through delivery and quality control—to ensure work is on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Marketing Directors, to ensure content aligns with marketing campaigns and initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or campaign strategy. Demonstrated ability to drive creative execution, explore diverse approaches, and identify the most effective strategies for brand impact. Comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing the organization to embrace new, innovative approaches to content. Experience with content creation workflows for both internal and external agencies. Proficiency in content creation and workflows. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Compensation & Benefits For this US‑based position, the expected compensation range is $101,600 – $152,400 per year, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks, flexible work arrangements, paid family leave, 401(k) + match, well‑being and recognition programs, 12 holidays per year, and 15 days of paid time off per year (pro‑rated in the first year of employment).
