The Sacramento LGBT Community Center in Sacramento, CA is seeking a STEP Case Manager to support transitional-aged youth in a 90-day shelter program. You will build 90-day case plans, coordinate housing, education, employment readiness, and mental health support on-site at the shelter and at the Center’s Lavendar Heights location. You will maintain documentation in our client database and HMIS, conduct crisis intervention, advocacy, and resource navigation, and collaborate with housing #J-18808-Ljbffr Rippling
