Bilingual administrative assistant

A fast-growing company in the Clearwater area is seeking a highly organized and proactive bilingual Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations and executive leadership in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with a high-growth team. Qualifications: - Previous office management, administrative, HR support, or coordinator experience preferred - Abilty to speak English and Spanish - strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment - Professional communication skills - Positive attitude and strong follow-through - Experience with Expensify is a plus - Reliable transportation required (occasional local supply runs) This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting people, keeping operations organized, and being part of a collaborative, growing company.
salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

- Support office operations and executive leadership team
- Manage procurement and office supply ordering
- Track expenses and receipts using Expensify
- Assist with employee events, celebrations, and office culture initiatives
- Coordinate onboarding and HR-related administrative tasks
- Handle sensitive documents and confidential information professionally
