Back Server

We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Assistant Server to join our exceptional team of service leaders. This role works under the direction of the server to help create the guest’s overall dining experience by providing prompt, attentive table service. Your Responsibilities Assist the Server and maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and the server station during service. Support all aspects of the guests’ dining experience and maintain constant communication with service and kitchen team. Work with a strong attention to detail and follow the activities of the service team and manager to ensure a friendly and casual dining experience. Your Qualifications Ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in restaurants or establishments of similar caliber. Organized, motivating, and demonstrates excellent communication skills. Food Handlers Safety Certificate Preferred. Ability to read, speak and interpret documents in clear English. Ability to operate equipment in limited space and reach other restaurant locations in a timely manner. Manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment. Ability to reach, bend, stoop and stretch, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds while standing for long periods of time (up to 10 hours). Flexible schedule availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays). Passion for hospitality as a career.
