About the Role We’re looking for a Server who delivers a five-star guest experience by combining Chick-fil-A's signature hospitality with the excellence of restaurant-level service. This role is about creating meaningful guest moments — balancing speed and precision with warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism. Mission Deliver a five-star guest experience by blending Chick-fil-A's Core 4 behaviors with attentive, elevated service. What You’ll Do Take guest orders in the dining room and drive-thru with speed, accuracy, and genuine care. Practice Core 4 (eye contact, smile, enthusiastic tone, personal connection) and deliver 2nd Mile Service — refreshing drinks, table touch‑ins, 2‑bite checks, assisting families, clearing trays, and upselling. Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized, professional service that feels intentional. Communicate clearly with the Expo and kitchen teams to ensure order accuracy and seamless execution.
