What you'll be doing...

Serve as backup IT support specialist for the Solid Waste Division.
Provide end-user support for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
Manage hardware inventory and lifecycle.
Perform preventative maintenance and maintain documentation.
Assist with user training, deployment, and process improvements.

User support experience.
Imaging systems experience.
User computer imaging and deployment experience.
