work hours: 3 PM - 1 AM

Responsibilities

• Site Setup & Scaling: Spearhead client site scaling from talent acquisition to full operational staffing with a startup mentality.
• Client Collaboration: Establish efficient workflows and performance metrics with client stakeholders.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily HR operations, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Employee Relations: Resolve staffing issues, conduct performance evaluations, and foster employee engagement.
• Continuous Improvement: Leverage data to inform recruitment outcomes and stay updated on industry trends.

The essential functions of this role include:
