Hours: Flexible hours up to 4 hours a day 11:30-15:30, which includes 2 x 10 minutes video calls. Salary: To be agreed, self employed/employed workers to be considered. Preparation of medication and correct storage. Video call client for up to 10 minutes at 8am and 9pm to ensure the client has taken their medication. Support to maintain personal hygiene. Support / remind the client to record their daily events in the WhatsApp diary. Support to maintain a habitable home, meal preparation and nutrition taking. Support to maintain mental capacity, memories and independence. Support with walking to reduce feet swelling due to diabetes.
