Demand Generation Specialist

Owning the demand generation function, the full-time remote Demand Generation Specialist will manage outbound campaigns and event-driven strategies to convert engagement into a qualified pipeline while collaborating closely with the marketing and sales teams. Key responsibilities Oversee outbound demand generation channels and scale early successes through targeted strategies and experimentation Lead demand generation efforts for events, including booth messaging, on-site content, and follow-up strategies to convert attendee engagement Collaborate with the Founding Growth (Marketing) to develop and execute event and channel strategies, while tracking performance metrics related to pipeline and revenue impact Required qualifications 3+ years of demand generation experience with a proven track record of measurable results Experience converting early-stage signals, such as events and social engagement, into a qualified pipeline Proficiency in managing outbound campaigns and event-driven demand generation from strategy to execution Startup experience or familiarity with the fast-paced environment of later-stage startups or structured B2B/enterprise settings High ownership mindset with a bias for action and comfort in ambiguous situations
