What You’ll Do: As a Cook, you’ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by: Cooking fresh, high-quality meals including baking, roasting, and grilling, all meeting our high standards for flavor, presentation, and resident dietary needs . Maintaining a safe, organized, and sanitary kitchen in line with all food safety guidelines . Keeping accurate records for inventory and food temperatures . Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members . Requirements What We’re Looking For: 1+ years of cooking experience, ideally in senior living or a similar high-volume setting (preferred). Ability to work early, mid, or early-evening shifts (no late nights!). A valid Food Handler's Card where required by state regulations. Strong communication skills, with expertise in reading recipes, labels, and adjusting serving sizes. Commitment to professional appearance and safety, including wearing a proper uniform, slip-resistant shoes, and gloves as required. Summary Why Choose SageGrove?
