Your Role

• Deliver high-quality psychiatric care across outpatient and/or inpatient settings
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary, physician-led team
• Contribute to clinical innovation and program development
• Mentor and support clinicians and trainees (if aligned with your goals)
• Help shape a culture defined by excellence, accountability, and growth

Qualifications

• Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency
• Board certification (or board-eligible) preferred
• Active Florida license strongly preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Residents and fellows graduating in 2026 encouraged to apply
• Experience treating adult populations (18+) across varying acuity levels
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
