Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Work Model: Hybrid Position Overview The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, discretion, and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for executive-level reporting and presentations. Key Responsibilities Provide direct administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and materials using PowerPoint and Excel Manage complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reportingCoordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up Maintain confidential documents and sensitive information with a high level of discretion Track projects, deadlines, and priorities to support executive initiatives Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders Qualifications 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (advanced skills required) Experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment preferred Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and attention to detail Why Join?
