This is a full‑time, in‑office role based in Seattle, WA. The role involves a hybrid setup, with a significant portion of the day dedicated to high‑volume, detail‑intensive payment processing operations. Over time the focus will shift toward customer support. What You’ll Do Payment Processing Operations: Process inbound check payments with speed and accuracy, ensuring low tolerance for error. Customer Interaction: Handle queries through phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate, empathetic responses. Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues, offer solutions, and escalate complex matters as needed. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services. Feedback Collection: Actively seek customer feedback to improve services. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience. The Skills and Experience You’ll Bring Located in or able to commute to Seattle, WA and available office hours 8am‑4pm. Enjoys detail‑oriented, repetitive work performed correctly and efficiently. Demonstrates pride, ownership, and accountability. Engages in flow through process‑driven work, measuring success by throughput and accuracy. Shares open opinions on product, tech, and processes. Collaborates empathetically across roles such as Design, Operations, and Product. Adapts quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient with CRM and customer support tools (Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 0‑3 years of experience. Bonus Skills Proven experience in customer support or related field. Experience in high‑volume data entry, payment processing, or back‑office financial operations. Familiarity with fintech or freight industry. HubSpot experience.
