About This Role As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Float Pool at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital, you will provide nursing care to diverse patient populations across various units. This fast-paced role requires adaptability and flexibility while working within a supportive team environment. Highlights Pay: $36 - $56/hour Location: Canton, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital Department/Unit: Float Pool Schedule: Full-time, Night shift What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs. Maintain professional growth and development through ongoing education and clinical nursing study.
