Chief of Gynecology – New York, NY.

Location: New York, NY.
Employment Type: Full-time.
Salary: $300,000 – $350,000/year, plus productivity bonus.
Schedule: Monday–Friday.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Chief of Gynecology to provide clinical leadership and oversight for the gynecology department at an Article 28 facility in New York, NY. This full-time leadership position combines administrative responsibilities with active clinical practice.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active New York State medical license.
• Board Certified in Gynecology/OB-GYN.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience post-fellowship; proven leadership or management experience preferred.
• Expertise in advanced gynecological procedures and surgery.
• Strong leadership, team management, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the gynecology department.
• Maintain active clinical practice and patient care.
• Mentor and supervise gynecology staff and providers.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in strategic planning and program development.
• Manage departmental resources and budgets.
