Assistant Account Executive

Job Duties
Update account information/profiles
Call customers to follow-up
Gather paperwork
Confirming with customers that they receiving invoices and products were good/not damaged
Responsible for several accounts assigned to them to manage
Heavy customer interaction/follow-up, etc.
Doing verifications (down the line)
Data Entry/Phones
Strong Customer Service
Great follow-up
Good with prioritizing and time management
