Title: Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek) Location: Duluth, MN, 55802 Requisition Number: 229898 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills & Qualifications Required Have an active driver’s license Be at least 21 years of age Obtain a DOT medical certification Provide documentation regarding previous employment All successful candidates will also possess: The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position A High School diploma, GED or Military Service The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation Self‑motivation and drive to work in a team environment to meet goals A positive attitude, along with ambition, organization and service spirit Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 - $90,000 per year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business needs.
