About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Maintenance Operations and Transformation. This executive leadership role is pivotal in driving the enterprise-wide maintenance organization to enhance service delivery, financial performance, client value, and operational transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a large, distributed team, evaluating and evolving maintenance programs, processes, technology, and service models. Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership across various maintenance and service functions, developing and executing optimization strategies, and establishing and monitoring KPIs and operational goals. The role also involves close partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure enterprise-wide results and requires a strong focus on client relationships, vendor performance, and continuous improvement. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive operations and leadership experience, with a proven track record in leading large-scale service operations and maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and collaborative leader, capable of driving meaningful transformation and maintaining strong relationships with clients, employees, and partners. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree, and Lean Six Sigma experience is also preferred. The role demands a professional with a strong executive presence, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions. While direct fleet maintenance experience is preferred, candidates from other sophisticated service environments such as automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors will be considered.
