Xiting is a 360° provider of SAP security solutions. Since our founding in 2008, we have supported more than 650 companies worldwide with solutions around SAP authorization management, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).

To build out our presence in the Americas, we're looking for a highly motivated, AI-driven Marketing Specialist who understands what works in US marketing today. You'll work closely with our current EU-based marketing team while taking ownership of building our US marketing strategy from the ground up - a chance to grow this market and grow with us as we do.

What you'll take on:

• Build and drive our US marketing strategy, in close collaboration with our EU-based marketing team
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (outbound & inbound) that build our brand and generate demand and leads in the US market
• Create content for campaigns, social media, emails, and landing pages
• Apply AI tools and new technologies (e.g., AI agents, automation) to scale and personalize our marketing
• Coordinate our participation in industry events across the US, including planning and logistics
• Track the latest marketing trends and technologies, and continuously optimize our approach based on what's working
• Work closely with the Sales team to keep marketing activities aligned with sales priorities and support a healthy pipeline

What you bring:

• Marketing experience, ideally in IT or a related industry
• Strong AI affinity with hands-on experience (e.g., building AI agents, using AI tools for content, automation, or data analysis)
• Familiarity with B2B sales topics (e.g., outbound, lead generation) is a plus, not a requirement
• Strong communication skills, self-initiative, and a proactive, results-driven way of working
• Perfect, native-level English is a must; Spanish is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of the US market; occasional willingness to travel for trade and internal events
• Comfortable working fully remote as part of a distributed, international team
• Independent, structured, and results-driven way of working
