Senior Royalty Manager

Leading a small team of Royalty Managers, the full-time Senior Royalty Manager will oversee the preparation and analysis of royalty statements, manage contracts and payments, and resolve complex issues while working remotely. Key responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of Royalty Managers, setting goals and ensuring efficient workflow Prepare and review royalty statements, ensuring compliance with contract terms and accuracy of data Act as a point of escalation for complex royalty-related issues, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in royalty accounting and statement preparation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Deep understanding of royalty operations and complex payment structures Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and royalty management systems, preferably Biblio Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred or equivalent experience Book publishing experience preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
