Facilities Coordinator 3

Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management sector, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator 3 to join their team. As a Facilities Coordinator 3, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting operational excellence and ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal facility operations.

Assist in sourcing and supervising external vendors and service providers, reviewing their work for quality and contractual compliance.

Maintain accurate facility records, compliance documents, and service contracts, while supporting clerical duties such as scheduling, procurement, and budget tracking.

Ensure all facilities operations adhere to health, safety, and legal standards, and participate in developing emergency and safety procedures.

Support space management activities, including office space allocation, layout planning, and internal moves to maximize efficiency.

A high school diploma is required; an associate's degree or higher in business management, facilities management, or a related field is preferred.

Proven organizational and coordination abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems relevant to facility operations.

Ability to multitask, prioritize work orders, and manage multiple projects effectively.

Familiarity with procurement, budgeting, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
