This role is responsible for managing and servicing a broad range of surety bond types. This individual will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, maintaining strong carrier partnerships, and supporting the growth and retention of Acrisure's surety business.Responsibilities:Maintain and update client financial and bond filesReceive and dispatch correspondence promptlyReview contracts and bond forms and extract relevant informationPrepare bid & final bonds, subdivision bonds, license & misc bonds – ensuring the accuracy before transmittalFrequently keep client updated on request statusProcess final close-outs for premium auditsAct as liaison with surety companies and maintain surety relationshipsAct as liaison with clients and client staffAssist Client AdvisorsAssist other team membersPrepare routine/follow-up correspondence – paper and electronicMaintain agency management system/filesDraft and/or send correspondencePrepare overnight packages and receipts/assist in mailsAnswer the telephone and respond to voice messagesOther administrative support, as directedRequirements:Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Applied EPIC experiencePrior experience in surety bonds requiredPrior accounting experience, as it relates to insurance & surety business (preferred)Education and Licenses:Must hold California Property & Casualty licenseHigh School Diploma or equivalentPay Details:The base compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
