Ourmissionisstraightforward:provideend-to-endtemporaryworkforcehousingthatgivescontractorsandoccupantsagenuinepeaceofmind. TheRole TheDirectorofOperationsownsthefulllifecycleofourhousingportfolio,fromsecuringpropertiesthroughmasterleasestopreparingmove-in-readyhomes,placingandtrackingresidents,andcoordinatingwithaccountingtokeepinvoicing,ownerpayments,andvendorpaymentsaccurateandontime.Thisisahands-onleadershiproleforsomeonewhocanbuildandrefinethesystemsthatallowagrowingoperationscale.
