Description: This Payroll administrator position requires successful management of multiple, simultaneous assignments, and tasks managing priorities and various deadlines. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Account Reconciliations oversight for various processes, Union Deferrals, Equity Grant support, W2c’s creation and Approval, Team Metrics, Resolving tier 3 employee and business unit questions, Year-end tasks, and Weekend pay-calc rotation
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to independently solve issues
• Effective communication, both written and verbal, and a focus on providing excellent customer service is required
• Quick Learner with aptitude for various systems and processes
• This role may also include the support of special projects and other responsibilities where the team member may identify, participate in, and/or lead unique tasks or assignments
• Deadline driven with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as requirements change
• SAP Experience
Desired Skills:
• 5+ years payroll processing and payroll tax experience
• CPP certification
• Peoplesoft experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
