Senior Product Marketing Manager

The role We are looking for a rockstar Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. You will lead the marketing of the Encord Platform — owning how we message Encord across targeted use cases, verticals, and personas. This is a critical role for the business, and you will become the subject matter expert for the end-to-end platform. What you’ll do Own the messaging of Encord, as well as the messaging for platform-wide capabilities Amplify platform-level messaging through the Encord website and channels Build and deliver sales enablement with high CSAT scores with field teams Be the expert in any platform-specific messaging for campaigns and events, and enable GTM teams with highly performant content to drive strong engagement and pipeline Deliver a drumbeat of compelling customer stories, highlighting Encord Platform capabilities, technical details, and realized value Hone messaging by developing value proposition and messaging frameworks, driving articulation of product portfolio positioning aligned to Encord's targeted audiences and ICP Help build a product our customers love Collaborate closely with product & engineering to identify needs and sharpen product offerings based on the competitive landscape and customer feedback Who we’re looking for A proven track record in product marketing with experience on technical products Strong understanding of Data & AI platform offerings, with experience creating messaging and positioning for technical products targeted at the enterprise market Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders to deliver joint messaging and GTM plans Experience creating compelling product and thought leadership content to support customers and Growth/Demand marketing campaigns Comfortable owning and running direct customer engagements Strong public speaker with the technical aptitude to become an end-to-end expert on the Encord platform, including the ability to demo at events and to prospects Experience requirements 5+ years of product marketing experience at an enterprise software company, preferably including PMM experience at early-stage AI startups Excellent writing skills for succinct messaging targeting AI/ML engineers and AI executives Deep understanding of the Data and AI space Experience building compelling technical and business content Proven ability to collaborate with sales, growth marketing, and product teams Preferred: technical academic background (BS in Computer Science or related discipline) Why Encord Competitive salary, commission, and meaningful equity in a high-growth startup Clear, accelerated growth opportunities as the company scales rapidly Flexible PTO to fully recharge 18 paid vacation days in the U.S. plus federal holidays Annual learning & development budget Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Frequent travel opportunities across the U.S., London, and Europe Bi-annual company offsites, twice-weekly team lunches, and monthly socials #J-18808-Ljbffr Encord
