As a part of a fully remote team, you will conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while utilizing our secure and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote psychotherapy sessions utilizing our HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure clients' privacy and security.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our intuitive Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, simplifying your record-keeping processes.

• Develop and regularly revise individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and progress, fostering a tailored therapeutic experience.

• Practice in accordance with Florida licensure regulations and ethical standards to ensure compliance and professionalism in all interactions.

• Engage in peer consult groups and participate in continuing education opportunities to expand your clinical knowledge and skills.

• Collaborate with a network of professionals for case supervision and support, ensuring the best outcomes for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, including relationship issues, family dynamics, trauma, and mental health disorders. Your expertise will help clients navigate their unique situations, fostering healing and resilience within individuals, couples, and families. By establishing deep connections and trust, you will play an essential role in facilitating their journey toward improved mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active LMFT license in Florida.

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant therapeutic experience, particularly in couples and family systems work.

• Strong organizational and self-directed skills, along with a collaborative spirit.
\n
• Commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive therapy practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience or training in evidence-based therapeutic models, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Bilingual abilities in Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole are highly desirable and will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
