Associate Director, HR Process Design & AI Solutions

Lilly in Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking an HR Business Partner who can design and deliver AI-enabled HR solutions, shaping work design and workflows to boost speed and reduce friction across functions and geographies. You will partner with Technology and HR platforms such as Workday, lead iterative pilots, and collaborate with external vendors.

A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of HR experience are required, and you must be authorized to work in the United States.
