Sales Specialist

Retail Sales Associate Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension) Base pay range: $15.50/hr - $15.50/hr Description Guides customers through the purchase decision and activation process of product offerings (cable, data, voice, and wireless). Responsible for meeting established sales objectives by matching customer needs with the right products and services. Ensures individual sales targets are met. Executes promotions and campaigns designed to increase brand equity and achieve sales objectives. Builds and maintains relationships with potential and existing customers. Aids customers in completing purchases and resolving issues. Offers product suggestions to customers to help satisfy their needs/wants. Strives to exhibit best‑in‑class customer service skills. Contributes to sales floor upkeep and cleanliness. Assists with sales floor inventory counts and stock replenishment. Ensures sales floor remains visually appealing. Clearly explains and illustrates product and service capabilities. Offers product suggestions to customers to help satisfy their needs/wants. Location: Baton Rouge, LA #J-18808-Ljbffr
