Job Type and Location Regular Work – Best Buy 495, Baton Rouge, LA 70836 Job Overview We are hiring full‑time Brand Sales Specialists representing Chromebook! Pay: $18.00 per hour. Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday. We’re looking for energetic, friendly individuals who are passionate about consumer electronics, enjoy helping others, and want to build valuable sales and customer service skills. No extensive sales background required. Benefits Competitive hourly rate Paid weekly Mobile phone reimbursement Health, dental, and vision benefits 401K program with matching Paid time off & holidays Scholarship opportunities for employees and direct family members Employee Assistance Program Leadership Development Program Special pricing for multiple clients Key Responsibilities Excite customers by promoting Chromebook Maintain merchandising standards of all products and displays Identify sales opportunities and support customers with their purchases Train retail staff on Chromebook products, promotions, and messaging Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff, acting as the main point of contact for Chromebook Analyze sales data and market trends within the territory to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement Monitor inventory levels across retail stores, working closely with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock availability Provide training and product knowledge to retail staff to enhance their ability to sell Chromebooks effectively Manage and adhere to sales budgets, optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within a retail or consumer goods environment Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Tech savvy and strong working knowledge of G‑suite Ability to identify creative solutions for problems EEO Statement We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive organization and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
