- Assist with preparing, reviewing, processing, and maintaining construction contracts and subcontracts
- Maintain organized and accurate electronic and physical contract files
- Track contract deadlines, insurance certificates, licenses, bonds, and compliance documentation
- Process change orders, amendments, purchase orders, and other contractual documents
- Track subcontractor and vendor agreements and required documentation
- Maintain contract, change order, correspondence, and project documentation logs
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding contract requirements
- Previous contract, construction, or project administration experience preferred
- Familiarity with commercial construction contracts and documentation preferred
- Strong organizational and document-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects, documents, and deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently or as part of a team
- Experience with a commercial general contractor, subcontractor, or construction management company preferred
