ServiceNow Developer / Administrator

Responsibilities ServiceNow Developer/Administrator you will work in a fast-paced Agile environment supporting the ServiceNow Platform. You will administer and support multiple FedRamp ServiceNow instances to meet the unique business needs of our users and stakeholders. You will work with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, developers, product owners and other stakeholders to understand, and provide solutions across different applications on the ServiceNow Platform. You will perform production support including incident resolution and troubleshooting. Must Have Skills 3+ Years' experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration 3+ Years of experience with Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB Current ServiceNow System Administrator certification required Strong experience in system administration and JavaScript Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Experience diagnosing performance related issues Agile experience Priority consideration given to candidates that possess a current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SPM and/or APM certification Preferred Skills ServiceNow Development and Administration/Integration ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 Salary $100k - $105k/Year Benefits Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings account option for qualified medical plan enrollments, accrual of up to 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, travel reimbursement, accommodations for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
