Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources using standardized assessment tools.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy employing evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop personalized, well-structured treatment plans that are reviewed regularly and adapted according to client progress and feedback.

• Facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration by engaging with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive, integrated approach to client care.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to ensure the immediate well-being of clients in distress.

• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Conduct psychoeducational workshops, support groups, and therapeutic sessions that cater to the emotional needs of both patients and their families.

• Stay current with best practices and advancements in social work through continual professional development and training opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
