Position Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to support daily office operations and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Process customer orders and service requests
• Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems
• Coordinate order updates and communicate with internal teams
• Manage customer invoices, email correspondence, and incoming mail
• Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
• Provide administrative support across multiple departments
• Assist with special projects and additional office tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or accounting software is a plus

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• Occasional overtime as needed
