Temporary Admissions Recruiter

The University of North Carolina at Charlotte is hiring a Temporary Admissions Recruiter. This role requires extensive travel to North Carolina, South Carolina, and other states to counsel prospective first‑year and transfer students on admissions requirements and assist with recruitment activities and admissions events, working varied hours including evenings and weekends as needed. Highlights Travel extensively within North Carolina, South Carolina, and other target markets for recruitment. Counsel prospective students on admissions policies and procedures through in‑person, phone, and email interactions. Work non‑traditional hours including evenings and weekends to support recruitment. Assist with targeted recruitment activities and admissions events. Provide vehicle for travel. Compensation is $2,666 per month for a full‑time 40‑hour workweek. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience from accredited institutions. Preferred candidates have excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, ability to travel, and knowledge of UNC Charlotte programs. Must have a valid driver’s license.
