GSE Maintenance Mechanic (A3, 2nd Shift)

GSE Maintenance A3 Mechanic Our department is growing and we are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for excellence to join our team. We have an immediate career opportunity for a qualified GSE Maintenance A3 Mechanic at our Erlanger, KY hub (CVG airport). As an A3 GSE Mechanic, you will provide a variety of services including performing preventative maintenance on ground support equipment, daily scheduled work, and tasks that require immediate attention due to operational needs. Key Accountabilities Safety first focused approach to conducting work Possess a full complement of personal hand tools and ability to furnish hand tools up to 1/2” drive Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment and components Utilize hand tools, electrical testing equipment, and computers to diagnose and repair equipment Operate a large assortment of equipment in job function Wear applicable personal protective equipment and follow lockout/tagout program regulations Detail oriented and a self‑starter with a positive attitude Report to work regularly and complete the scheduled workday consistently Understand and interact with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Skills & Qualifications Valid driver’s license Knowledge of service and repair of diesel‑powered equipment Knowledge of service and repair of mobile HVAC systems Knowledge of service and repair of complex hydraulic systems Knowledge of service and repair of electrical systems Ability to weld Proficient in reading and comprehending electrical and hydraulic schematics Work well individually and in a team setting Strong written and verbal communication skills General knowledge of Microsoft Office Physical Requirements Lift up to 70 lbs regularly Climb stairs and ladders frequently Work at heights Work in hot and cold environments, including inclement weather Stand for long durations Language Fluent English Travel Less than 0% Work Authorization DHL Express USA will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
