Production Planner

Production PlannerReporting to the Production Scheduling Manager, the Production Planner is responsible for managing customer orders, production scheduling, and inventory planning within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring accurate and timely execution across both sites. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and ERP skills to coordinate across Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain, respond to changing priorities, and maintain production flow and customer commitments.Qualified candidates will have an A.A.S degree in Business Administration or related field and minimum of three years' experience in scheduling/ planning position in a manufacturing company. Preferred candidates will have bachelor's degree and/or planning certifications. Other combinations of education and experience will be considered.Knowledge and ExperienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), preferably EpicorExceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a strong attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization professionally.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Accountabilities and Essential FunctionsThe job duties listed below are the fundamental job duties of this position.
