- Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring the highest quality and consistency.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards for all dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including prep stations and work areas.
- Assist with inventory management and food storage, ensuring items are fresh and well-stocked.
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are followed.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to complete orders efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth service.
- Support other kitchen tasks as needed, including prep work, dishwashing, or food prep for special events.
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques is a plus.
- Ability to follow recipes and execute dishes to high standards.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Food safety certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain).
