What You’ll Do Prospect, sign, and onboard new independent agency partners across your territory Stay close to active agencies to make sure Sola is showing up in their daily sales conversations Represent Sola at industry conferences and trade shows to build the network Build and refine the systems and processes that make the agency channel run Work directly with the founding team as we expand into new states and product lines What We’re Looking For 5+ years in territory sales, agency development, or a channel-facing role in insurance or a related field Proven track record of building pipeline from scratch and hitting your number consistently Self-directed and ownership-oriented with a natural ability to build trust and move quickly Thrives in a high-growth environment where the path is still being built Compensation and Benefits OTE $120K to $170K with a $30K to $60K bonus Real equity and stock options Medical, dental, and vision insurance plus unlimited PTO In-person, West Midtown Atlanta office with skyline views Why Sola Millions of homeowners across the country have been priced out of roof coverage due to market instability, and Sola is the only real solution in the market.
