Administrative Assistant

Overview The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide support to Tenicor and its departments by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Reports to the Director of Administration. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings Draft and format general administrative documentation Organize and maintain files and records Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries Assist in event planning and coordination Support general office operations and maintain office amenities Ensure confidentiality of private communication and documents Provide general administrative support as directed Results Efficiently managed schedules and appointments Well-organized and accessible files and records Well-coordinated travel arrangements and events Accurate data entry and maintenance of records Timely completion of administrative tasks and projects Streamline office operations and well maintained amenities and supplies Requirements Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong organization skills Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Notion, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Additional Information We are willing to consider part-time at approximately 30 hours a week. Offers of employment at Tenicor are contingent upon clearance of a background check, which includes education and employment verification, a criminal background check, and a motor vehicle report.
