Little medical experience? We will fully train you! We provide easy-to-follow tutorials for all of our specialized tasks and equipment and maintain HIPAA compliance
What You Will Do
Everyone in our office is cross-trained to help out wherever needed. In this role, you will learn to:
Deliver excellent service: Answer phone calls using our custom scripts to confidently field medical, property-related, and general inquiries.
Manage medical records: Use PracticeFusion (our electronic health records software) and file physical charts accurately in alphabetical order.
Assist with patient care: Conduct basic vision tests, record results, and operate futuristic medical devices like the VF2000 and Venus Diamondpolar.
Handle administration: Verify medical insurances and manage data using Microsoft Excel and Windows.
What We Are Looking For
Language skills: Fully bilingual with English as your primary language and Spanish as your secondary.
Tech basics: Comfortable using the Windows Operating System and Microsoft Excel.
Soft skills: A positive attitude, a cheerful phone voice, a can do attitude and a strong work ethic.
Traits: High attention to detail, professional presentation, dependability, and a true team-player mindset.
