Banner Occupational Health and Wellness, a dedicated full-service occupational health provider, is looking for a dynamic Physician Assistant to help us grow our services in the Phoenix Metro Area, in partnership with the Phoenix Fire Department.

Our Occupational Medicine Provider will perform baseline and annual physical exams, evaluate, treat, and follow up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions, infectious and hazardous material exposures.

Required Qualifications:

PA-C designation (NCCPA)
Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances required
Current AZ license or eligibility
ACLS/BLS required
A minimum of 2 years' experience in Occupational Medicine is required
Certification to perform NRCME (DOT) driver examinations required, or acquired within 6 months of employment
Per Diem (employed position not 1099 eligible)
