Atlassian Tools (Jira): Responsibility: To manage and administer Atlassian tools (Jira end to end and play the role of a Product SME by providing end user support, product enhancements, version upgrades, DR exercises, Plugin installations, workflow customization etc
Mandatory Skills:
- 3+ years of Experience in Atlassian tools administration - jira / confluence
- Jira workflow creations, customizations, template managements, administrative support
- Atlassian tools DR exercises in aws platform
- Groovy scripting for Jira automation needs
- Excellent communication skills
