HR Coordinator II

HR Coordinator II Leading pharmaceutical company looking for an experienced HR Coordinator. Ideal candidates should have a bachelors degree and at least 2-3 years of experience in HR operations including Separation processing. Responsibilities Process voluntary and involuntary termination transactions in Workday or other HR systems Manage retirement, end of assignment, and contract end processes Ensure completion of final pay impacting data changes, coordinate with Payroll and Time & Attendance teams as needed Administer separation-related documentation (termination letters, severance documentation, exit packages, compliance forms) Monitor adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements throughout the offboarding process Requirements 2-3 years of experience in HR operations Bachelor's Degree required HR Operations / HR Processing experience Separation processing Case management Leave of absence experience can translate Strong critical thinking skills Ability to resolve issues without scripts Comfortable handling escalations with minimal supervision Excel proficiency, including formulas, reports, and managing spreadsheets Experience with Workday (strongly preferred), ServiceNow (highly preferred), ADP (nice to have) Language skills: English required; Spanish, French, or Portuguese are nice-to-have (most desired additional languages) Reliable HR operations professional who enjoys structured, repetitive work, collaborates well, and can be trusted to process separations accurately with minimal supervision even while reporting remotely Benefits Health and welfare benefits coverage options including medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance, and voluntary plans 401(k) plan participation Equal Opportunity Employer System One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
