Receptionist, PACE

McGregor PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a community-based service program that provides in-home healthcare services to the elderly as an alternative to nursing home placement, allowing Seniors to remain at home. As a Receptionist at McGregor PACE, this role is responsible for supporting administration and assisting as site receptionist. Responsibilities Greets and directs all visitors and participants; Answers and directs agency phone calls. Uses paging system as necessary; Maintains customer service and professionalism while working with the public; Provides general information regarding PACE and McGregor PACE; Projects a positive image of McGregor PACE and the services provided; Receives and routes mail; prepares and sends outgoing mail, including inter-office delivery and courier service; Assists in maintaining organized, accessible and complete files, in compliance with administrative needs and organizational policies; Copies, collates and faxes. Prepares documents and correspondence, including word processing; Prepares and collates information for mailings; Inventories office supplies; Understands and helps to implement safety and security protocols. Performs additional administrative support tasks as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma, with coursework or experience in office management, required Experience in an office setting, including reception duties, supply/equipment inventory and maintenance Desire to work with the elderly Detail oriented; ability to multitask Proficiency in Windows environment and Microsoft Office applications, required Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
