About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Growth Officer to lead its corporate workplace hospitality division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, driving new business acquisition, and ensuring the long-term retention of high-value client relationships. This executive role demands a leader with a proven track record in managing and expanding large-scale revenue portfolios, particularly within the corporate food services, contract hospitality, or business and industry dining sectors. The Chief Growth Officer will be tasked with leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team, as well as establishing and nurturing trusted relationships with senior C-suite decision-makers. The position requires a deep understanding of the industry, superb relational leadership skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Applicants for the Chief Growth Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic account management, with a strong preference for those with a background in services-driven or contract management industries. The role demands a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, and an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. The ideal leader will have a demonstrated ability to lead by influence, foster a collaborative culture, and be willing to travel frequently, with a minimum of 50% of the time, to client locations and corporate offices. Responsibilities also include overseeing proposal strategies, RFP development, and complex negotiations for high-value, multi-year contracts, as well as collaborating cross-functionally with various departments to ensure seamless execution and risk management.
