Summary
- Full-time opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility infrastructure and manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Fabricate and modify tooling, fixtures, and equipment to meet production needs
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
Responsibilities
- Interpret and apply blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications to complete complex maintenance tasks and projects
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and operational uptime
- Lead or support equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications to improve performance and efficiency
- Safely operate and inspect forklifts, overhead cranes, chains, slings, magnets, and manlifts as required and authorized
- Identify, source, and recommend replacement parts, components, and materials; communicate with vendors when needed
- Resolve complex facility maintenance issues involving structural, mechanical, and basic electrical systems
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and follow established procedures
- Follow all safety regulations, operating procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or relevant certifications
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial or facility maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, work instructions, and technical documentation
- Experience with fabrication, tooling, fixtures, and equipment modifications
- Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed. Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work extended shifts and/or weekends (Saturday and Sunday) based on production needs
