Corporate Accounting Manager

Resonsibilites Review and approve monthly adjusting and accrual entries in accordance with GAAP.Perform month-end general ledger review for accuracy and completeness.Review monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring entries and follow up are performed in a timely and efficient manner.Review and approve Accounts Payable invoices in accounting systems (Ender/Yardi), and review for GL coding, approval and documentation.Prepare management fee schedules for the assigned portfolio in accordance with management agreements.Interact and work with the company's property management and operations teams.Assist with the continual implementation of operating systems in collaboration with property management, asset management, and investor reporting.Assist in the annual audit and tax return preparation cycles.Oversee assigned ad hoc projects, as needed.Prepare and maintain balance sheet support schedules and investigate outstanding old items.Assist in updating account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements to existing procedures.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.3 - 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferredWorking knowledge of US GAAP is preferredExperience in real estate property accounting is preferredExperience with ASC606, ASC842 is preferredStrong numeracy and analytical skills with good problem-solving abilityHighly organized and detail orientedAble to manage time effectively and complete assigned work within specified deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency with Excel, experience with ERP systems (Yardi, NetSuite)Adaptability in a highly dynamic working environmentSalary/Rate:US$110,000 - US$120,000 per annumJob Type:HybridContract Type:PermanentTown/City:DallasCounty:TexasSector:Finance & AccountingJob ref:JN -072026-85525_1784059858Post Date:07. 14. 2026
