Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patients, using tools including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's cultural diversity and unique needs.

• Monitor patient progress continuously, adjusting treatment interventions and strategies as required to support the mental health diagnoses effectively.

• Prepare and maintain timely and accurate treatment records, reports, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements, incorporating electronic health record systems.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families, alongside the multidisciplinary team, to develop comprehensive treatment plans that prioritize the patient's desired outcomes and goals.

• Engage actively in anticipating patient safety needs and addressing symptom management, working within a team-oriented environment that values input and fosters collaboration.

• Coordinate referrals and maintain open communication with other treatment providers to ensure seamless continuity of care for patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
